How quickly will my order ship?
Most in-stock items ship next business day.
If a product says "Add to Cart", it's generally in stock and ready to go.
If it says "Pre-Order", we'll display an estimated timeframe before purchase.
Do you have my school's colours?
Probably!
We stock hundreds of colour combinations for schools, sports clubs and teams across Australia.
Can't find your colours?
We can often help with custom orders too.
What does Pre-Order mean?
It means we're temporarily low or out of stock in one or more components.
An estimated timeframe will be displayed before purchase.

How does Free Delivery to School work?
For selected events such as Sports Carnivals, Kindy Orientation and Back to School campaigns, we can consolidate orders into one delivery to your school.
Families save on shipping and your organisation earns fundraising income.

WHOLESALE
Do you have wholesale pricing?
Yes.
Schools, clubs, uniform shops, pharmacies, salons and other retailers can access wholesale pricing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No.
Need 5? Need 15? Need 150?
No problem.
Many stockists start small and top up as they sell.
Can you match our colours?
Absolutely.
Send through a logo, uniform photo or existing accessories and we'll help find the closest match.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is available from Shoalwater, Western Australia.
The address will be emailed to you once your order is ready to collect.
If you need it urgently, get in touch, as we may be able to arrange this for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Some international shipping calculates at the checkout. You're welcome to contact us before ordering and we'll provide the most economical shipping option.
What is your returns policy?
If an item is faulty, damaged or we've made a mistake, we'll always make it right.
