To activate this delivery option, you must add the Free Delivery to School product to your cart before checking out.

Instead of paying individual postage, all eligible orders are packed separately and delivered together to your school/club on the advertised delivery date. Simply select your school as the delivery option during checkout and we'll do the rest.

1. Note that these orders will be set aside until the delivery date, so you may not receive them immediately. 
2. Hair spray products will need to be collected from your organisation by a responsible adult.
3. If you have selected Pre-Order item/s, there may be shipping fees applied if those items aren't available until after your organisation's cut-off date.

Add the Free Delivery to School product to your cart, then continue shopping and complete checkout as usual. The free-delivery product must remain in your cart so we can identify your order for the school delivery.

We also ask for student details. This is so we know who the order is to be handed out to.

No. The Free Delivery product is free to add. It simply tells us that your order should be packed with the school’s combined delivery.

Orders will be individually packed and labelled by us, then posted to your school or organising group. They will advise families when orders are ready for collection.

If you'd rather receive your order sooner, simply choose Parcel Post or Express Post during checkout instead of Free Delivery to School.

You can still place an order, but it may not be included in that school delivery. If you need your items urgently, we recommend selecting home delivery instead.

No.

Schools choose when to run Free Delivery events, such as Back to School, Kindy Orientation, Sports Carnivals or other fundraising campaigns. If no delivery campaign is currently running, standard shipping options are available.

Your order may be processed using the delivery method selected at checkout and might not be included in the school delivery.

Every order is individually packed, labelled with the student's details, and separated before delivery to the school.

Yes. You can shop from anywhere across the School Ponytails website and add other eligible products to the same order. Just make sure the Free Delivery product remains in your cart when you check out.

Yes. Eligible purchases made using your school's fundraising link return 20% of eligible sales to support your school.

The school fundraising link may apply the relevant school code automatically.

However, the fundraising code and the Free Delivery product perform different functions. You must still add the Free Delivery product to your cart to have your order included in the school delivery.

The estimated availability of each item is shown on its product page. Pre-order, backorder, personalised or custom products might not be ready in time for the school delivery. Please check the applicable lead time or contact us before ordering if timing is important.
