Let customers speak for us
From the very first email to the phone call where Nicola excitedly explained the products and fundraising opportunities, the entire experience with School Ponytails has been wonderfully positive.
Nicola took the time to explain how the fundraising program worked and helped us set up our account with amazing colour combinations specially chosen for our school. Everything was organised in time for us to present the opportunity to our P&C.
The ordering process was simple, communication was excellent, and the follow-up and ongoing support have been outstanding. Nicola has been incredibly helpful, enthusiastic and supportive throughout the entire process.
We highly recommend School Ponytails to other schools looking for a quality fundraising opportunity with exceptional customer service.
From the Tenambit Public School P&C Association Team
As girl parents, we always struggle to find great quality hair products, vibrancy, and long lasting not to mention the value for money. We found it all here! I was also very impressed that a percentage of the sale when purchasing Colours representing Australia's Indigenous Communities goes towards the Indigenous Literacy Foundation*
Thank you School Ponytails!

We ordered a mix of custom colour combinations and stocked items for school. They did an amazing job!
Great communication around time frames and updates for the custom work. Their website was also very informative before we even ordered custom.
Very timely delivery, especially having to cross country from WA to QLD (and this was even during the peak Back to School time).
