In-Stock Orders

In-stock items are usually dispatched the next business day. Orders placed early may be dispatched the same day where possible.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Pre-Orders & Custom Products

• Pre-orders: Allow approximately 4–8 weeks before dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Custom and personalised products: Production timeframes are shown on individual product pages.
• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items are generally shipped together once everything is ready.

Delivery Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and selected couriers.

Shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and depend on the carrier.

Need your order urgently? We recommend selecting Express Post where available and contacting us before ordering if you have a specific deadline.

Free collection is available from Shoalwater, Western Australia.

We'll email you when your order is ready with collection instructions. Our pickup box is accessible 24/7.

Deliver to School

Orders using our Deliver to School service are held until your school's next scheduled fundraising delivery. Delivery dates are organised by your school or club.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply and are generally the customer's responsibility unless collected at checkout.
